Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering 24/7 care nationwide. This role provides direct patient care and clinical oversight for pregnant people and newborns, using evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes.

You will review complex cases, develop care plans, and guide the clinical team while leveraging multiple tech platforms in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active compact RN license.
• Minimum 4 years as an APP.
• Extensive obstetric experience, high-risk care.
• Experience using data to drive outcomes.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and adaptability in change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical care for empaneled patients to improve outcomes.
• Review complex cases, develop care plans, support team.
• Monitor adverse events and update Pomelo protocols.
• Lead development of evidence-based obstetric/women’s health protocols.
