Pomelo Care seeks an Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP) to deliver direct patient care and clinical oversight for pregnant people and newborns. You will review complex cases, create care plans, and guide the clinical team to ensure evidence-based outcomes.

The role emphasizes population-based care, data-driven decisions, and collaboration across a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. Evening shift 3pm–11pm EST, 0.9 FTE with base salary plus equity.

Qualifications

• Active compact RN license is required.
• Minimum 4 years of APP experience.
• Extensive obstetric experience including high-risk patients; some infant care experience.
• Data-driven approach to drive engagement and outcomes.
• Experience leading teams and strong collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Growth mindset and adaptability to new systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee medical care for empaneled patients to improve outcomes.
• Review complex cases, develop care plans, support team with evidence-based care.
• Monitor adverse events and update Pomelo protocols.
• Develop and review evidence-based obstetric/women's health protocols.
