Job summary

Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, CA invites applications for a Perinatal RN Navigator & Bereavement Coordinator. You will support patients and families through high-acuity perinatal diagnoses, pregnancy loss, and bereavement while leading the Perinatal Bereavement Program and collaborating with care teams across the continuum.

The role emphasizes advocacy, education, and program development within a large birthing center recognized for excellence.

Qualifications

RN license in California required.
3 years of Labor & Delivery or Postpartum experience.
BLS Certification required.
BSN or national certification related to perinatal care preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate individualized care plans aligning clinical, emotional and psychosocial needs.
Facilitate communication among patients, families and interdisciplinary teams to navigate care options.
Connect families with community resources and programs for support and access.
Contribute to program development through quality improvement initiatives and education.
Mentor staff in perinatal and bereavement care practices.
