Job summary

Valley Children's Maternal Fetal Center seeks an RN Navigator to serve as the clinical expert, patient advocate and care coordinator for high-risk pregnancies. You will work with physicians, APPs, nurses and the care team to ensure timely access to services and continuity of care for families across California's Central Valley.

The role involves guiding patients through complex healthcare systems, providing education and support, and coordinating care across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current California RN license is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a related clinical nursing specialty preferred.
• Experience in maternal-fetal medicine or care coordination is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient care across the pregnancy journey.
• Act as clinical resource, education and support for patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
• Facilitate communication among providers, patients and families.
