Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical research with regulatory compliance.
• Experience using RedCap, Excel, and MS Word for data handling.
• Strong ability to coordinate start-up, recruitment, and enrollment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-up procedures for CPD studies.
• Oversee recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GCP/IRB requirements.
• Collaborate with PIs, OB/GYN, Neonatology, and other departments.
• Provide education to staff and stakeholders and prepare reports.
