Qualifications

• Familiarity with RedCap, Access, Excel and Word for data and reporting.
• Understanding of clinical research protocols and procedures (data mgmt, query resolution).
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities with detail.
• Experience handling human tissues, biobanking, and research team support.
• Strong communication and interaction with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex research activities and start-up tasks.
• Recruit study subjects and manage study documentation and records.
• Support supervisor and ensure compliance with NIH, GCP, IATA, HRPP guidelines.
• Maintain files, organize workflows, and prioritize deadlines.
• Provide in-service training and coordinate team activities.
