The Performing Arts Centers (PAC) Operations Lead provides districtwide coordination and operational oversight for Mid-Del Public Schools’ three primary performing arts centers. This position manages facility scheduling, supports technical theater operations, supervises event logistics, and ensures safe and efficient use of district performing arts facilities. The specialist supports district fine arts programs while coordinating community use of district venues. Position may require evening and weekend hours to support performances and events.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to compose and write grammatically correct correspondence and memos.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, schedule form, or blueprint form.
