Responsibilities

• Performance testing strategy and delivery - assess, define, drive performance testing strategy for multiple projects. Plan, prepare, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end execution of performance testing activities.
• Client relationship and stakeholder management - be the single point of contact for the client, conduct regular meetings, status reviews, and provide progress updates.
• Requirements elicitation and analysis - gather, analyze, and document performance testing requirements and translate business needs into testing deliverables.
• Offshore team coordination and delivery management - collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely project execution and adherence to quality standards.
• Resource availability and onsite engagement - work from client office at least two days per week to support collaboration and governance.
• Desired outcomes - successful delivery, high client satisfaction, and continuous improvement of performance engineering practices.
