Job summary

Insperity in the United States is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to design and execute performance tests across multiple applications, ensuring reliability, capacity, and scalability. You will work with Product Owners, Developers, Solution Designers, and QA to create scripts in NeoLoad, perform load, stress, and endurance tests, analyze results, and suggest improvements.

Five to seven years of professional experience with performance testing, including scripting and/or software development.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum model environment.
Strong understanding of performance testing requirements and creating executable scripts.

Responsibilities

Act as an extended scrum team member and conduct system performance testing for reliability, capacity, and scalability.
Design and execute load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests based on application requirements.
Monitor client-side and server-side performance using in-house and commercial tools.
