Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager of Talent Management - Performance Strategy to define, measure, and accelerate enterprise performance across the organization. You will lead the global performance strategy, enable year-round prioritization, and drive AI adoption in partnership with HR Technology and business leaders.

You will work across Talent Management and business leaders to design evidence-based performance conversations, governance, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational development, psychology, or related field with 5+ years of progressive experience OR 9+ years in performance/talent management and related HR disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide HR or talent processes, programs, or transformation initiatives in a multinational company.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and HR teams to drive adoption and lead change.
• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging HR technology and workforce data to improve processes and outcomes.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in AI and the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global Process Owner for CDW's enterprise performance management process including philosophy, design, governance, standards, and continuous improvement.
• Set the strategic direction for goals, prioritization, measurement, and meaningful performance conversations.
• Ensure performance practices reinforce business strategy, values, commitments, and leadership expectations.
• Evaluate how AI, automation, and evolving ways of working should shape performance management and where people add value.
• Partner with HR Technology to design, configure, and improve performance capabilities within Workday and related tools.
• Use data, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback to assess effectiveness and increase impact.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and regional Talent teams to drive consistent execution.
• Balance global consistency with regional, functional, and market-specific requirements.
