Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager of Performance Strategy & AI Activation to evolve how we define and measure performance across the organization. You will shape enterprise strategy, partner with HR and business leaders, and drive AI adoption to enable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational development, psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in performance management, talent management, organizational effectiveness, HR business partnership, change management, or related HR discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide HR or talent processes, programs, or transformation initiatives within a large, multinational company.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and HR teams to drive adoption and lead change.
• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging HR technology and workforce data to improve processes and outcomes.
• Demonstrated personal use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, or decision-making.
• Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in AI, workforce transformation, and the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global Process Owner for CDW's enterprise performance management process, including philosophy and governance.
• Set strategic direction for goals, prioritization, measurement, and meaningful performance conversations.
• Ensure performance practices reinforce business strategy, values, and leadership expectations.
• Evaluate how AI and evolving work methods shape future performance management and adoption.
• Partner with HR Technology to design and improve performance capabilities within Workday.
• Use data and feedback to assess effectiveness and increase business impact.
• Collaborate with regional Talent teams to drive consistent execution across the enterprise.
• Lead AI activation efforts and coordinate CDW's AI Champion network.
