Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager, Performance Strategy & AI Activation to evolve how we define, measure, and accelerate performance across the enterprise. You will shape the performance strategy, align priorities with business goals, and enable AI-first, outcome-driven work practices.

In this role you’ll lead enterprise AI activation, translate AI fluency into practical adoption, partner with HR Technology to configure Workday, and empower leaders with tools and governance to improve performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field and 5+ years in performance/talent management or related HR discipline.
Experience leading enterprise HR or talent processes in a multinational company.
Strong program management and stakeholder management skills; AI fluency encouraged.

Responsibilities

Serve as Global Process Owner for enterprise performance management, including governance and continuous improvement.
Set strategic direction for goals, prioritization, and performance conversations across the year.
Partner with HR Technology to design, configure, and improve performance capabilities in Workday.
Lead enterprise AI activation efforts and develop champion networks for adoption.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive consistent, high‑quality execution.
