Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a hands-on Creative Video Producer to drive performance-based social content across paid and organic channels. You will shoot, edit, and optimize short-form videos, applying platform-aware trends and data-informed storytelling to engage audiences.

The role also covers light copywriting and simple graphic work to maintain on-brand visuals. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, proficiency with Premiere Pro + After Effects, and the ability to work collaboratively with

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in on-camera production, UGC-style shooting, and video editing with Premiere Pro + After Effects.
• Strong use of performance data to inform creative decisions.
• Light copywriting for hooks, captions, and on-screen text in brand voice.
• Basic design fluency for simple graphics, thumbnails, and templated assets.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage high-volume deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Video Creation: develop performance-focused concepts and formats for paid and organic social.
• Lead end-to-end production: shooting, editing, storyboarding, and delivering final cuts.
• Edit with Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects for platform-optimized videos.
• Write hooks, captions, and on-screen text in Home Chef’s voice.
• Create light graphics, thumbnails, and end cards to stay on-brand.
