Job summary

Creator Nation is seeking a Social Content Producer to develop and produce engaging short-form video across our social channels. You will film, edit, and direct to bring content ideas to life, staying current with trends to grow our digital presence.

You should have 2–3 years of end-to-end video production, a strong reel portfolio, and proficiency with CapCut or Premiere Pro. Experience in entertainment or creator-economy content is a plus, and you’ll work across multiple brands in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience producing short-form social video end to end (concept, shoot, edit).
• Portfolio of Reels and TikToks you have shot and edited yourself.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro; mobile-first shooting and lighting.
• Comfortable directing executives and Creators on camera.
• Ability to move fast and deliver clean final assets on deadline across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for Creator Nation and affiliate brands.
• Deliver finished, platform-ready assets to the Coordinator, Social Content for posting.
• Turn content ideas into shot lists and finished pieces.
• Capture content on location at events and shoots; direct executives on camera.
• Maintain raw footage and asset library for cross-channel reuse.
• Stay on top of trends and craft fresh content ideas.
