Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation, a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation, is seeking a Performance Reporting Specialist to maintain reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and support campaign execution across marketing channels from our Home Office in Birmingham, AL.

You’ll produce routine and ad hoc reports, maintain dashboards, and coordinate tracking requirements with internal teams and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or reporting.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce timely recurring and ad hoc marketing performance reports for stakeholders.
• Compile, organize, and validate marketing data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and standardized reporting tools.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies requiring correction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure tracking requirements are documented and implemented.
• Assist with quality assurance activities related to campaign tracking and measurement.
• Develop, update, and maintain agency guidelines for campaigns.
• Ensure agency partners follow established campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and documentation standards.
• Maintain standardized templates, processes, and procedural documentation for performance marketing initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for campaign governance requirements and operational best practices.
• Coordinate updates to marketing processes as technologies, platforms, and business needs evolve.
• Build relationships with business partners to understand goals and inform strategy.
