Job summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Performance Outcomes Specialist to perform advanced administrative duties, oversee ETPS reports, and help drive agency-wide data accuracy and revenue protection.

You will train staff backups, prepare monthly reports (Eligibility, Most in Need, Engagement, ADHD), manage data exports for bonuses, track SOC and crisis documentation, assist with DMH invoicing and POs, and participate in meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with specialized vocational-technical or business training.
• Two years administrative office experience with heavy public contact.
• Experience in a position that requires attention to multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ETPS reports, including corrections and communication with the DMH.
• Assist with training and back up for sites when needed for RBC’s and other office staff.
• Complete monthly reporting (Eligibility, Population Expired, Most in Need, Engagement, ADHD).
• Oversee, track, collect, and run data reports for annual performance bonuses.
• Help communicate information such as SOC, Crisis documentation, and state changes through reports and meetings.
• Assist with DMH invoicing and Purchase Orders; understand financial issues in Avatar.
