Mariner Wealth Advisors is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support the Advisory Analytics team for ultra‑high net worth clients. You will ensure data integrity, timely client billing and effective trading processes within Black Diamond reporting.

You’ll generate performance reports and onboard client data, contributing to accurate investment management and billing. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive service mindset, with opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years in financial services.
• Background in performance reporting software preferred.
• Pacific and Mountain Time Zones preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse reporting needs for ultra‑high net worth clients.
• Monitor data integrity, investigate discrepancies and provide investment reporting.
• Audit and prepare daily transaction reports including trades, cash flows.
• Manage private equity and alt investments data: capital calls, distributions, valuations.
• Review activities for controls to prevent errors, fraud and misstatements.

Job description

The Reporting Analyst will be an integral member of the Advisory Analytics team providing support to Mariner Wealth Advisors Ultra High net worth clientele ensuring data integrity, timely client billing, and effective trading processes and management. The Reporting Analyst will have responsibilities across a full range of functions including onboarding client data, generating performance reports, ensuring data is updated correctly, and assisting with investment management & billing inside Black Diamond performance reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting diverse reporting needs in support of our advisor support team for ultra-high net worth clients.

• Monitor the integrity of information, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, and provide comprehensive investment reporting.

• Auditing and preparing daily transaction reports to share with the broader organization which includes previous day’s trades, transactions, and cash flows.

• Manage and own all private equity and alternative investment data in our portfolio reporting system including tracking capital calls, distributions, and fund valuations for our high-net-worth clients.

• Review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud and misstatements of financial results.

• Attend and participate in learning opportunities through associate meetings and internal resources made available through compliance, practice management, etc.
