Job summary

Ramirez Asset Management seeks a motivated Client Service & Reporting Analyst to support institutional client service and reporting across public- and private-market strategies. You will prepare client materials, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with RFPs and due diligence, ensuring reports are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (finance, economics, business) or related field.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience; internships/co-ops acceptable.
  • Interest in asset management, investments, and institutional client service with data comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client and consultant requests, onboarding, meeting coordination, and follow-up with internal teams.
  • Prepare presentations, portfolio updates, and materials for client, consultant, and prospective-client meetings.
  • Support production and delivery of recurring and ad hoc client reports (performance, portfolio, attribution, and investment information).
  • Review client materials for accuracy, consistency, and completeness; resolve data discrepancies with investment, performance, and operations teams.
  • Assist with RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, consultant databases updates, and other data requests.
  • Maintain reporting calendars, content, data, and client/activity records.
  • Collaborate across client service, business development, and marketing to improve reporting processes.

We are a multi-asset investment manager overseeing strategies across fixed income, public equity, and private credit, serving institutional and other qualified investors. Our firm combines rigorous research, disciplined risk management, and a client-focused culture to help investors pursue their long-term objectives. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented analyst to support institutional client service and reporting across our public- and private-market strategies.

Position Overview

The Client Service & Reporting Analyst will support the preparation of client reports, presentations, due diligence materials, and other communications for institutional investors and investment consultants. Working closely with colleagues across client service, investments, operations, compliance, and marketing, the analyst will help ensure that client materials are accurate, clear, and delivered on time.

This entry-level role is well suited to someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with data, and wants to build a career in asset management. The position offers exposure to multiple investment strategies and the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in client service, investment reporting, and institutional asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with client and consultant requests, onboarding, meeting coordination, and follow-up by partnering with internal teams.
  • Prepare presentations, portfolio updates, and other materials for client, consultant, and prospective-client meetings.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (finance, economics, business, or related preferred).
  • 0–3 years of relevant professional experience. Internships, co-op programs, and other applicable academic or work experience will be considered.
  • Strong interest in asset management, investments, and institutional client service, with an analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
  • Collaborative approach and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred:

  • Internship or professional experience in asset management, wealth management, financial services, consulting, accounting, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets, investment products, portfolio performance, and benchmarks, with exposure to fixed income, public equities, private credit, or alternative investments.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, or data analyses; familiarity with investment databases or reporting platforms

The anticipated compensation range is broad and will be heavily dependent on the candidate’s prior experience and qualifications.
