Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in automotive electrical systems.
• Understanding GPDS deliverables and Ford tools.
• Experience launching new vehicles.
• Strong planning and multi-objective management.
• Ability to build relationships across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Ford Performance electrical content.
• Coordinate design reviews to ensure system integrity.
• Survey engineers for electrical interfaces and update transmittals.
• Create DV requirements and validate testing for compliance.
• Support BOM sign-offs for pre-production events.
• Lead development of system designs supporting performance targets.
• Lead internal/external resources to deliver programs.
• Provide onsite and offsite electrical support during builds.
