Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Allen Park, MI seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer for high-performance vehicle programs. You will design and develop Ford Performance electrical content and coordinate technical design reviews between component and EDS engineers.

You will build DV requirements, validate system performance, support BOM sign-offs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver wiring solutions for race and performance cars. Onsite builds and supplier leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required; Master preferred.
• 5+ years in automotive electrical systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Experience launching new vehicles and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Ford Performance electrical content and systems.
• Coordinate design reviews between component and EDS engineers.
• Validate DV requirements and perform testing.
• Lead system designs supporting vehicle performance targets.
• Provide onsite support during vehicle builds at the assembly plant.
