Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Performance Educator to deliver readiness and resilience training to DoD personnel and families at Fort Wainwright, AK.

The role involves teaching resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement techniques both in group settings and one-on-one sessions. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology and teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military/DOD personnel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology or closely related field required.
• Experience teaching or coaching, preferably with military or DoD personnel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under time pressure and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Attend training exercises and field operations to coach clients on performance psychology techniques.
• Provide tailored educational programs and workshops for families and civilians in demanding environments.
• Conduct program assessments, support research projects, and brief VIPs when required.
• Develop and maintain professional development related to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
