Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Performance Educator for Ready and Resilient Training Services (R2 TS) to teach resilience, performance psychology, and mental skills to DoD personnel, their families, and DA civilians.

Role requires Master’s in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology and prior teaching/coaching experience, preferably with military/DOD. Travel may be required to support Army installations and training operations.

Qualifications

• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
• Ability to travel as needed and adhere to travel policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend training exercises and field operations to coach performance psychology techniques.
• Provide tailored educational programs for families and civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommend improvements to program operations and conduct routine duties.
• Perform assessment and assist in program evaluation and research projects.
• Deliver program briefings to VIPs and leaders when required.
• Develop and maintain professional development in performance enhancement and related knowledge.
