The role includes delivering group and one-on-one training, applying techniques like goal setting, attention control, and imagery, and supporting research projects. Candidates should hold a master’s degree in sports psychology or kinesiology and have teaching or coaching experience, preferably

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with specialization in sport/performance psychology.
Experience teaching or coaching, preferably with military or DoD personnel.
Strong communication and ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

Attend training exercises and field operations to coach on performance psychology techniques.
Provide tailored educational programs to families and civilians in demanding environments.
Suggest improvements to program operations and participate in evaluations.
Support research projects and deliver program briefings to VIPs when required.
Develop and maintain professional development related to performance enhancement.
