Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Performance Educator to join the Ready and Resilient Training Services (R2 TS) team at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. The role involves teaching resilience, performance psychology, and mental skills to DoD personnel, DoD civilians, and families.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology, experience in teaching or coaching, and US citizenship. Travel and field operations are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military or DoD personnel.
• US citizenship required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations as requested to coach clients and leaders.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for families and civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommends improvements to program operations.
• Performs routine program operational duties.
• Conducts assessment and supports research projects.
• Maintains briefings to VIPs and high-ranking leaders as required.
• Develops and maintains professional development related to performance enhancement.
