Fullsteam is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other channels. This role focuses on brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-informed marketing.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and analytical, bringing PPC/SEM and social ads experience. Texas-based with monthly to quarterly Austin meetings; salary range $50,000–$60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience with paid campaigns.
• Experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and TikTok.
• Strong metrics knowledge: CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Develop ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to maximize ROI.
• Monitor performance daily and optimize for cost efficiency and conversions.
• Analyze keywords and audiences; run A/B tests to improve results.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to align messaging and goals.
• Track and report results using Google Analytics and dashboards.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage advertising budgets and meet performance targets.
