Pavago is hiring for a client for the Performance Marketing Specialist role. The client is looking for a skilled professional to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role focuses on driving measurable results through data-driven marketing, creativity, and innovation, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare and dental industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive patient bookings for dental practices.
  • Keyword Research & Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth research to ensure ads reach the right potential patients.
  • Optimization & Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, tracking KPIs such as CPC, ROAS, appointment conversion rates, and cost per lead (CPL).
  • Ad Creatives & Copywriting: Optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work with designers and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • A/B Testing & Strategy: Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance performance and improve engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with Google, Meta, and healthcare advertising policies (HIPAA compliance, where applicable).
  • Industry Research: Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in PPC advertising.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC strategy, keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prior experience working with dental or healthcare clients is a plus.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

As a Meta & Google Ads Specialist, you will monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, budgets, and targeting, and develop new ad creatives to optimize results. You’ll analyze market trends and competitor strategies, collaborate with design and content teams, and prepare performance reports. Continuous learning and implementing new strategies will be key to ensuring campaign success.
