Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps and storytelling when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, and lead 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps while focusing on long-term relationship growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
