Job summary

The Vibrant Talent Group is recruiting for a Manager, Performance Marketing to lead multi-channel acquisition for a top home lighting, furniture and décor retailer. You’ll partner with the VP and Senior Manager to shape channel strategy and testing roadmaps in a hybrid Los Angeles environment.

You will own paid social, affiliate, display and emerging channels, oversee analytics dashboards, and collaborate with merchandising, creative, and external partners to optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance or growth marketing for ecommerce or DTC.
• Hands-on campaigns on Meta and Pinterest.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, AWIN or similar).
• Strong analytics; build dashboards and optimize CAC/ROAS/LTV.
• Excellent communication and negotiation; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Paid Social: Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Pinterest and others; setup, testing, optimization, pacing; collaborate on creatives.
• Affiliate Marketing: Own day-to-day management of the affiliate program, negotiate partnerships and growth within brand guidelines.
• Display & Emerging Channels: Manage display campaigns and test new channels like CTV with the Senior Manager.
• Influencer Marketing: Evaluate creator partners, guide briefs, and integrate with paid social and affiliate strategies.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track performance across channels, surface insights to inform strategy and testing partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align campaigns with merchandising, creative, digital teams and external partners.
