Job summary

Lamps Plus, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to own day-to-day execution across paid social, affiliate marketing, display, and emerging channels.

You will partner with the VP of Customer Acquisitions and collaborate with the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to shape budgets, testing roadmaps, and ROI-driven growth. The role requires hands-on channel management, negotiation with partners, and strong collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance or growth marketing for ecommerce/DTC
• Hands-on across multiple acquisition channels (paid social, affiliate, display)
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and campaign optimization

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and Pinterest and other platforms
• Oversee day-to-day affiliate program management and partner relationships
• Lead display prospecting and retargeting; evaluate emerging channels like CTV
• Evaluate influencer partners; guide briefs for content as part of paid/social strategy
• Track performance, CAC, ROAS, and LTV; surface insights for channel mix
• Collaborate with merchandising, creative, and digital teams on campaigns and calendars
