Credit Karma is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Search to own strategy, testing, and growth of our paid search portfolio, including personal loans paid search and brand search. The role emphasizes AI-driven insights and efficient CAC to drive new member acquisition.

You will partner with product marketing, analytics, and in-house creative to ensure best-in-class targeting and messaging, while presenting growth results to stakeholders and driving continuous optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of paid search experience and a proven track record across paid search channels.

Responsibilities

• Co-own strategy and lead execution for a portion of the paid search portfolio, including personal loans paid search, acquisition paid search, and brand search.
• Drive new member acquisition through paid search at an efficient CAC, balancing volume and efficiency.
• Own and grow brand search, protecting and maximizing performance across branded terms.
• Design and run landing page testing and A/B creative testing programs to improve conversion and performance.
• Conduct keyword research and manage the search portfolio to identify opportunities and optimize spend.
• Leverage AI — especially Claude — to drive insights, automate analysis, and accelerate optimization decisions.
• Partner with product marketing, analytics, and in-house creative for precise targeting and messaging.
• Present findings to stakeholders on channel growth and testing results.
