Job Description

Were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale all paid campaigns for Quicoo, a bold new super app launching across Rideshare and Courier verticals in Australia.

This is a remote full-time role (India-based) where you’ll take full ownership of paid user acquisition, optimize campaign ROIs, and drive installs, leads, and conversions across Meta, Google, and app platforms. You’ll work directly with a fast-moving team focused on results, not fluff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and UAC (App campaigns).
  • Drive customer installs, driver signups, and business leads through strategic ad funnels.
  • Optimize CPI, CPL, CAC, CTR, CPM, ROAS using data-driven experimentation and daily campaign insights.
  • Build custom audiences, retargeting flows, and A/B tests across creative formats and platforms.
  • Work with the creative/content team to produce high-performing visuals and copy.
  • Track and report on campaign performance through dashboards and marketing audit scorecards.
  • Own and manage the entire paid growth engine from top-of-funnel traffic to bottom-line results.

Required Skills:

  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C, mobile-first businesses.
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and App Install Campaigns (UAC).
  • Deep understanding of marketing KPIs: CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPL, ROAS.
  • Hands-on experience using GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, or equivalent tools.
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, attribution tools (Branch, AppsFlyer), and funnel performance audits.
  • Ability to work independently, meet weekly goals, and iterate based on data insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred)
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in rideshare, courier, mobility, or on-demand tech products is a strong bonus
