VSCO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media, acquisition, and app store optimization efforts. Responsibilities include developing and executing paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads to drive user acquisition and engagement; managing and optimizing campaign budgets, bids, and targeting; conducting A/B testing and analyzing campaign performance; driving user acquisition through data-driven approaches focusing on CAC, LTV, and retention; identifying new acquisition channels; collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize user onboarding and conversion funnels; developing and implementing ASO strategies to improve app visibility and organic downloads; managing and optimizing Apple Search Ads; managing and growing an affiliate marketing program; developing and maintaining performance reports and dashboards; analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities; and providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field; 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on mobile app acquisition; proven success managing paid media campaigns; strong understanding of ASO principles; experience managing affiliate marketing programs; proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust; excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; and preferred experience in creative/photography app space.
