This is ahigh-agency rolefor someone who’s excited to test channels, build lightweight data infrastructure, and scale what works.

You won’t inherit a working system—you’ll help us validate and shape how paid fits into our broader growth strategy. You’ll work directly with our Head of Marketing to create a reliable, measurable engine to diversify our growth levers.

What you'll do

  • Own strategy and hands-on execution forpaid acquisitionacross Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc
  • Design and runexperimentsacross targeting, messaging, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Set up (or spec out) ourcampaign tracking and attribution stack, connecting Google Tag Manager, ad platforms, & Salesforce
  • Define and monitorkey performance metricslike CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Collaborate with design and content to repurpose creative assets and test performance-focused variations
  • Build foundational infrastructure formarketing data cleanliness, from URL parameter capture to reporting dashboards

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experiencerunning paid campaigns in a B2B environment, and are excited to stretch into broader ownership of strategy, testing, and reporting
  • Strong fluency withGoogle Ads, SQL,Looker Studio, and building out reports
  • Can build a basic attribution pipeline and spot data gaps
  • Comfortable being the solo owner of our full paid motion, from roadmap to execution
  • Experience runningA/B testson landing pages & defining ICP targeting
  • Has marketed todevelopers or technical audiences
  • Experience in early-stage,PLG environments
  • Interest in exploring underused growth surfaces or communities
