Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead development, implementation, and execution of casino marketing plans. You will oversee branded programs, communications, PR, advertising, events, and player development to drive growth.

Role requires a minimum of 10 years in consumer marketing within a hospitality setting and at least 5 years in a senior marketing executive capacity at a large resort. Excellent leadership and budget skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years of consumer marketing in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Minimum five years in a Senior Marketing Executive role at a large casino or integrated resort.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license per Maryland authorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements casino marketing plans and branded programs.
• Lead marketing strategy and coordinate with Finance and Operations teams.
• Oversee budget for the marketing department and staff development.
• Foster community presence through public relations and partner collaborations.
• Guide staff development, interview hires and evaluate performance.
