Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will determine targeting, budgets, bidding strategies and the narrative used on client calls.

You will craft 90-day roadmaps, run tests, and explain ROAS/CPA results with clear English on live calls with US clients. This role is remote in the US/Canada/SA context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; knowing when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; storytelling on the call with numbers.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
