Job summary

Hercules in the United States is seeking a data-driven growth marketer to own paid growth end-to-end across major channels (Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, LinkedIn). You will be responsible for optimizing CAC, payback, and overall channel performance.

We value experimentation, creative angles, AI-enabled workflows, and SaaS experience. The role offers in-office San Francisco flexibility or remote work in US time zones, with compensation in six figures and equity for full-time.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CAC/payback optimization and accountability.
• Strong data-driven approach with funnels, cohorts, and payback.
• Experience with rapid experimentation across creative, audience, and landing pages.
• Creative thinker with strong angles and messaging.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to scale ad creation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, and LinkedIn.
• Build campaign architecture including targeting, bidding, pacing, and landing pages.
• Operate a creative machine with UGC concepts, hooks, copy, and short-form video.
• Own measurement and tracking from click to paid user, improve attribution.
• Automate operations, reporting, and analysis to move faster.
