Job summary

Hercules in San Francisco seeks a growth marketing leader to own performance across Google, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. You’ll design channel strategy, manage budgets, and drive a scalable creative machine with AI.

You’ll lead measurement from click to paid user, automate ops, and guide a team of at least five (with agency partnerships). In-office with remote option for exceptional US candidates.

Qualifications

• Extremely data-driven and goal oriented with strong CAC tracking
• AI-native: use AI to 10x workflow
• Experience with rapid, structured testing across creative/audience/offer/landing pages
• Budget management: has managed 10M+ budgets
• Creative machine: ability to drive creatives at scale with AI or third parties
• Leadership/management: track record of managing 5+ people or agencies for channels
• Ideal SaaS/software experience is a plus but not required

What we’re looking for

Own growth/performance marketing across all popular growth channels: Google (Search/YouTube), Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and more

What you’ll do

• Own channel strategy + budgets across the platforms above.

• Build campaign architecture (targeting, bidding, pacing, landing pages).

• Run a creative machine (UGC-style concepts, hooks, copy, statics, short-form video).

• Own measurement + tracking from click → paid user

• Automate ops/reporting/analysis with AI

What skills we expect you to have?

• Extremely data-driven and goal oriente: We expect you to be scrupulous about tracking CAC and CAC payback. Being incredibly quantitative and analytical is a very hard requirement

• AI-native: We expect you to use AI to 10x your workflow

• Experimentation: We expect rapid, structured testing across creative/audience/offer/LPs.

• Budget management: We specifically need someone who has managed at least a $10M+ budget

• Creative machine: You are able to drive creatives at scale (with AI or 3rd parties)

• Leadership/management: you have a track record of managing at least five people or specific agencies for specific channels

• (Ideal) SaaS/software experience: We are ideally looking for someone with SaaS/software experience, however, it's not a hard requirement

Hercules founding team works in-office in San Francisco (Kearny and Bush). We have a very strong preference for in office. We are open to remote for exceptional candidates in US time zones who would be willing/able to travel to the office regularly.
