Job Description

Manage and supervise a team in day-to-day media management while also leading the process of strategic media planning & execution and performance tracking & optimization. As the Performance Marketing Lead, he/she must stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

1. Develop and implement media plans that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
2. Allocate media budgets across various channels based on the effectiveness and ROI of each channel.
3. Work with agency partners and publishers to negotiate media buys with vendors and media partners to secure favorable rates and placements.
4. Regularly monitor and analyze media campaign performance, and adjust media plans as needed to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
5. Closely work with Marketing Analytics and Digital Channel owners (i.e. Website, App) to improve funnel performance.
6. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior media staff, overseeing their work and providing guidance and support as needed.
