Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, Forecasting & Market Intelligence, to join our Performance Marketing team remotely in Canada. You will drive forecasting, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform Slate title strategies.

You’ll build first-pass forecasts, maintain dCPI benchmarks, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Analytics, and leadership to pressure-test assumptions and deliver auditable forecasts.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in performance marketing, growth, or analytics.
• Ability to turn ambiguous data into structured assumptions and recommendations.
• Excellent Excel/Sheets skills and model auditing.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-pass forecasts for upcoming Slate titles, including install curves and launch phases.
• Build and maintain game-peer sets based on genre, monetization, and geo mix.
• Develop and maintain dCPI benchmarks and degradation curves.
• Support organic forecasting with baseline organic demand and paid-driven lift.
• Create sensitivity analyses to show impact of key assumptions.
• Produce market-readouts and competitive-pulse analyses for leadership.
