Scopely is seeking a Director, Performance Marketing to lead global user acquisition for a major ARPG title. You will define GTM strategy, optimize multi-million-dollar budgets, and build a high-performing UA team across the US and international markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Growth, Analytics, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts with game positioning, lifecycle marketing, and business goals.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of performance marketing / user acquisition experience
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Proven success managing multi-million dollar acquisition budgets across multiple channels
• Strong experience with major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic networks)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (required)

Aufgaben

• Lead global performance marketing strategy and execution for the new ARPG title
• Define and execute user acquisition strategies to achieve growth and efficiency targets
• Partner with Product, Strategic Marketing, Growth, Finance, Analytics, Creative, and Data Engineering teams
• Build and scale acquisition programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs and other channels
• Establish and optimize full-funnel measurement frameworks and attribution strategies
• Drive analytics to improve forecasting and decision-making
• Oversee UA pod in Shanghai, China
• Mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team
• Collaborate to enhance creative strategy, marketing tech, automation, and fraud prevention
