Job summary

Scopely is seeking aSenior Director of Product, Performance to join the Slate Development Group and support a high-profile unannounced mobile game project in Shanghai, China, on a hybrid basis.

The role leads the Product Performance team, owns revenue forecasting, live-ops strategy, and monetization experiments, partnering with Analytics, Roadmap Product Management, and Marketing to drive growth for a globally distributed title.

Qualifications

• Director-level leadership experience on a scaled, top-performing mobile free-to-play game.
• Experience leading live operations strategy and execution, including calendars, events, offers, and in-game communications.
• Experience owning revenue forecasts, KPI targets, performance reporting, and business reviews.
• Strong analytical and financial fluency with the ability to turn signals into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Performance team with accountability for business performance and live operations.
• Own revenue forecasting, KPI targets, performance reporting, and executive reviews.
• Set live operations strategy and oversee calendar events, offers, and in-game communications.
• Define learning agenda and prioritize analyses with Analytics and User Research.
• Drive monetization optimization through hypotheses, experimentation, and iteration.
