Piping Rock Health Products, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing & Digital Media Manager to lead paid media across our ecommerce portfolio.

You will manage a multimillion-dollar budget, drive new customer acquisition, and optimize ROAS across multiple direct-to-consumer brands. You will oversee campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify, continuously testing strategies, audiences, and creative to scale growth and improve funnel performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, paid media, or ecommerce advertising.
• Experience managing large-scale digital ad budgets ($1M+ annually).
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Test new strategies, creatives, audiences, and landing experiences.
• Expand into new platforms and channels.
• Build reporting frameworks; deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with creative, ecommerce, and analytics teams to improve funnel.

We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Performance Marketing & Digital Media Manager to lead paid media across our e-commerce portfolio. This role will manage a multimillion-dollar advertising budget and drive growth, new customer acquisition, and performance across multiple direct-to-consumer brand websites.

You will oversee execution across search, shopping, social, and emerging platforms while continuously identifying new opportunities for scale through testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital advertising across 7+ ecommerce websites spanning multiple Piping Rock brands including Piping Rock, NeoCell, Natural Vitality, Renew Life, and Nature’s Truth
• Own and optimize a multi-million dollar paid media budget with clear accountability for ROAS, CAC, and new customer acquisition
• Lead performance marketing across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify ecosystems
• Execute and optimize campaigns daily, including budget pacing, bid adjustments, creative testing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
• Develop and scale acquisition-focused campaigns to drive new customer growth
• Continuously test new strategies, creatives, audiences, and landing experiences to improve performance
• Evaluate and expand into new advertising platforms and channels
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks; deliver clear, actionable performance insights to leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, and analytics teams to improve conversion and overall funnel performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or ecommerce advertising
• Proven experience managing large-scale digital ad budgets ($1M+ annually)
• Hands-on expertise across:
• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Microsoft Ads
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• TikTok Ads
• Shopify ecosystem (feeds, integrations, attribution basics)
• Strong understanding of ROAS optimization, CAC targets, and new customer acquisition strategies
• Deep analytical skillset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and incrementality mindset
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
