Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced media leader to own paid social, creator, and retail media across its portfolio. You will plan, buy, and optimize across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and more, driving incremental growth and ROAS.

You will manage daily bidding and pacing, design incrementality tests, and report results to senior leadership. Strong CPG experience and regulatory awareness are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years buying paid social and retail media, in-house or agency.
• Experience managing $10MM+ annual working media across multiple brands.
• Fluent in Meta and TikTok Ads Managers; at least one retail media platform.
• Advanced Excel or Sheets and a BI tool; builds pacing models.
• CPG experience, vitamins/supplements or adjacent categories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, buy, and optimize paid social, creator, and retail media by brand.
• Manage daily bids, budgets, pacing, and creative decisions.
• Design incrementality tests and report results to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with FTC/FDA guidelines and DSHEA rules.

Summary of Role: Own paid social, creator, and retail media across the portfolio. You set the plan, buy against it, read the data daily, and decide where the next dollar goes. We measure you on incremental growth as well as platform-reported ROAS.

Responsibilities:

• Paid social: plan and buy Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snap, and Reddit, brand by brand.
• Retail media: Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Instacart, and Sam's Club.
• Creator media: buy creator and UGC content as a paid channel, including TikTok Ads.
• Optimization: own daily bid, budget, pacing, and creative decisions across brands and retailers.
• Measurement: design incrementality and geo tests, and report results leadership can act on.
• Compliance: keep social and creator claims inside FTC endorsement and FDA/DSHEA rules.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years buying paid social and retail media, in-house or agency.
• Scale: has owned $10MM+ in annual working media across multiple brands.
• Platforms: fluent in Meta and TikTok Ads Managers plus at least one retail media platform.
• Analytics: advanced Excel or Sheets, and one BI tool; builds and reads a pacing model.
• Category: CPG experience, ideally vitamins and supplements, OTC, food, or personal care.

Nice to Have:

• Retail media software: Pacvue, Skai, or CommerceIQ.
• Clean rooms: Amazon Marketing Cloud or Walmart Luminate.
• Social Media or Commerce: TikTok Shop and live shopping formats.
