Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products in New York is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to own pricing, product set-up, and analytics across eCommerce and DTC platforms for Nature’s Truth, Vitafusion, Fiber Well, and L’il Critters.

You will brief creative teams on packaging and digital assets for new launches, manage item setup, and develop regular reporting to inform pricing and profitability. The role blends operations, analytics, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Marketing or eCommerce (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics, Vitamins) or relevant experience preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal).
• Experience with consumer marketing research tools (Nielsen, IRI, and Stackline preferred).
• Experience with eCommerce/DTC platforms (e.g. Amazon, Walmart.com, Shopify) and product content management systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy and execution across eCommerce and DTC platforms for four brands.
• Manage new item and product set-up ensuring accurate content, pricing, and SKU data.
• Develop and deliver regular reporting and analytics on eComm/DTC sales performance and platform trends.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketplaces team, insights, creative, regulatory, and operations teams.
• Brief creative teams on packaging and digital asset needs for new launches and ongoing platform content.
• Build and maintain pricing and cost of goods spreadsheets; analyze margins and profitability by platform.
• Monitor competitive pricing, content, and merchandising across eComm/DTC platforms.
• Support monthly sales forecasting and inventory planning to ensure proper in-stock levels.
• Review promotional programs to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• All other duties as assigned

The Assistant Brand Manager will own pricing, product set-up, and reporting and analytics across eCommerce and DTC platforms, and will brief creative teams on packaging and digital assets to support new launches and ongoing platform content. This role blends operations, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth and profitability across the brand portfolio.

The Assistant Brand Manager will be at the forefront of the future of health and wellness while helping drive eCommerce and DTC growth across four of our most dynamic brands — Nature’s Truth, Vitafusion, Fiber Well, and L’il Critters. Responsibilities:

• Own pricing strategy and execution across eCommerce and DTC platforms (e.g. Amazon, brand.com, Walmart.com) for Nature’s Truth, Vitafusion, Fiber Well, and L’il Critters
• Manage new item and product set-up across eComm and DTC platforms, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and SKU data
• Develop and deliver regular reporting and analytics on eComm/DTC sales performance, pricing, and platform trends using Stackline and other platform-specific data
• Partner cross-functionally with our marketplaces team, insights, creative, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of eComm/DTC pricing and product set-up initiatives
• Brief creative teams on packaging and digital asset needs for new item launches and ongoing platform content, ensuring assets align with brand guidelines and are ready in time for launch
• Build and maintain pricing and cost of goods spreadsheets; analyze margins, promotional impact, and profitability by platform
• Monitor competitive pricing, content, and merchandising across eComm/DTC platforms and identify opportunities
• Support monthly sales forecasting and inventory planning to ensure proper in-stock levels across eComm/DTC channels
• Review promotional programs to ensure alignment with financial objectives
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2+ Years in Marketing or eCommerce (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics, Vitamins) or relevant experience preferred
• Strong project management skills and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal)
• Previous experience with consumer marketing research tools (Nielsen, IRI, and Stackline preferred)
• Experience with eCommerce/DTC platforms (e.g. Amazon, Walmart.com, Shopify) and product content management systems preferred but not a requirement
• Ability to understand how to identify/interpret trends
• Problem solving/solution-oriented mindset
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
• Occasionally willing to travel to trade shows, sales meetings and/or retailer presentations
