Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products is seeking an energetic Event Planner to join our growing marketing team in New York. You will coordinate trade shows, live events, and brand activations, ensuring flawless pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up across departments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in event coordination and a proven ability to manage logistics, vendor coordination, and live production, including social media activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, trade shows, experiential marketing.
• Experience supporting trade show logistics and on-site event execution preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok, live streaming platforms, and social engagement tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support trade shows, live events, and brand activations, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Assist in managing trade show logistics, including booth setup, vendor coordination, shipping, and materials management.
• Support live event production, including TikTok Lives and interactive activations, ensuring seamless execution.
• Work behind the scenes during events to manage timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align event execution with brand strategy and business goals.
• Support event communications, including internal coordination, event briefs, and post-event recaps.
• Help manage on-site and live audience engagement, ensuring a positive and on-brand experience.
• Stay up to date on event trends, live commerce, and experiential marketing to continuously improve activations.
• Support additional marketing and event-related initiatives as assigned.
