Qualifications

• Using a human resource management system and executing project and performance management.
• Conducting needs analysis, developing strategic plans, tracking progress, and presenting deliverables to stakeholders.
• Informing employees of changes in company HR policies and procedures and using HRIS to analyze HR programs.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to enable the performance management program strategy and execution.
• Lead or partner on solution design and implementation coordination.
• Develop and deliver global program training and facilitate sessions.
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts; curate learning paths when requested.
