Job summary

Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage, seeks a Corporate Finance Manager to steer long-range planning and financial modeling. You'll partner with Finance, Strategy, BUs, Engineering, and Operations to craft assumptions and evaluate scenarios aligned with company goals.

You will deliver detailed corporate projections, executive reports, and analytics for board review, while driving process improvements and automation across the finance function in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Finance experience, bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate FP&A, financial statement analysis, forecasting and planning.
• Outstanding communication skills to convey complex financial information to executives and board.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple priorities with a strong process orientation.
• Proficiency in financial systems and modeling tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to work across organizational boundaries.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled efficiency, automation, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term corporate financial projections and ensure accuracy of planning systems.
• Consolidate plans with business and finance leaders to refine assumptions.
• Prepare executive and board reports with analytics for investor communications.
• Monitor benchmarks and report critical financial metrics for decision-making.
• Collaborate acrossFinance, Corporate Strategy, BU, Engineering and Operations to improve processes.
• Lead automation and advanced analytics initiatives to enhance reporting quality.
• Maintain adherence to finance reporting standards and benchmark definitions.
