The California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) seeks an Analyst I to support performance management initiatives within the Performance Management Unit. Under supervision, you will provide consultative services to managers and supervisors, perform analytical assignments, and help develop and deliver performance management training.

Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, within the Performance Management Unit, of the Performance Management Branch, in the Office of Administrative Services, the Analyst I provides consultative services to Department of Industrial Relations' (DIR) managers and supervisors on preventive and corrective levels of performance management, performs a variety of analytical assignments on performance management, and develops and delivers performance management training for supervisors and managers.

The incumbent works in an air conditioned, high-rise office building with natural and artificial lighting. In addition, the incumbent works in a cubicle in close proximity to others.
