Job summary

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, through its Journi Program, seeks a Performance Load Test Analyst to lead performance testing across SAP, CRM, APIs, and middleware. You will design, execute, and analyze load tests with NeoLoad, validating high-volume enterprise transactions and complex integrations.

The role entails defining testing strategies, monitoring bottlenecks, and delivering performance reports, dashboards, and go/no-go recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT testing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
• Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
• Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms, and complex enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define performance testing strategies, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using NeoLoad.
• Test SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM applications, APIs, middleware, batch interfaces, web portals, mobile applications, IVR, and chatbots.
• Simulate real-world workloads, including tolling transactions, billing cycles, payment processing, CRM interactions, and high-volume batch jobs.
• Validate CRM-to-SAP and SAP-to-CRM integrations, including APIs, message queues, and synchronous/asynchronous processing.
• Monitor response times, throughput, error rates, resource utilization, and system bottlenecks.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with go/no-go recommendations.
• Develop and maintain NeoLoad test scripts and integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Establish performance baselines and support regression testing and release benchmarking.
• Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, test plans, scripts, diagrams, and performance analysis reports.

Position Overview

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is seeking a Performance Load Test Analyst to support performance testing and quality governance for its Journi program. The candidate will design, execute, and analyze performance and load tests using NeoLoad across SAP systems, CRM applications, APIs, middleware, analytics platforms, and enterprise integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
• Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
• Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms, and complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Experience with API, middleware, batch processing, and asynchronous integration performance testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC.
• Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) and SAP Datasphere.
• Experience testing bidirectional CRM-to-SAP and CRM-to-ERP integrations.
• Experience with tolling, transportation, or public-sector systems.
