Job summary

PTC Journi seeks an experienced Performance Load Test Analyst to assess enterprise-scale applications under heavy transaction volumes. You will design, execute and analyze load, stress, and endurance tests using NeoLoad, validating API/middleware performance and complex integrations including SAP/CRM environments.

Remote work arrangement with 40hrs/week; contract through mid-2027; candidate must have 8+ years IT testing and 4+ years load testing experience, plus SAP/CRM testing exposure.

Position: Remote

Minimum Experience/Skillset

• 8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (required).
• Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
• Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms and complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of: o Load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing o API and middleware performance testing o Batch, mediation, analytics, and asynchronous processing validation

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience with SAP environments (SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, ECC).
• Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)
• Experience with SAP Datasphere
• Experience testing CRM SAP bi-directional integrations
• Experience testing CRM-to-ERP integrations.
• Experience with tolling, transportation, or public-sector systems.
• Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure performance testing.

Certifications / Education
